Jars and Canisters

Glass jars for dry goods and single portions – overnight oats, curd, spices, coffee, tea, biscuits. Wide mouths are the point of most of these: a spoon goes in and comes out clean, and the jar washes properly, which narrow-necked bottles never do.Shape decides shelf efficiency. Round jars leave a gap between every pair; the square and rectangular canisters here sit flush against each other and against the wall. Bamboo lids must be hand-washed and dried – a dishwasher will lift and crack the wood.
