Where your parcel comes from
Every order is packed at 104, Gayatri Apartment, Panch Pakhdi, Thane, Maharashtra 400602, India and handed to a courier from there. Tejaswini Kitchen is an online-only retailer – there is no counter to collect from.
The delivery maths
We publish the three parts separately rather than quoting one vague range:
- Handling: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–8 business days to other locations
- Total: 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations
Anything ordered after 2:00 PM IST on business days joins the next working day’s pickup. Sundays are not a dispatch day. All of these are estimates drawn from how our couriers normally run – they are not guarantees, and festival season stretches them.
Charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹699 and above. Under that figure a flat ₹49 is added for the order as a whole, not per item. The figure on a product page is the price of the product; any delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.
Glass, and how we pack it
A large part of this catalogue is glass. Glass containers are wrapped individually and boxed with fill – which is why a six-jar order arrives in a bigger carton than you might expect. If a parcel reaches you visibly crushed, photograph it before opening and see the Return and Refund Policy.
Where we deliver
Across India, through national courier partners. We do not ship internationally.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to your order email when the courier collects the parcel. If nothing has moved for three working days, send your Order ID to [email protected] and we will follow it up.
Addresses
We ship exactly to the address given at checkout. An incomplete address usually means a returned parcel; we will contact you to re-dispatch, and the re-delivery charge is payable by the customer.
