When will it arrive?

What is the delivery charge?

Nothing on orders of ₹699 or more. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the order.

Which payment methods work here?

UPI and cash on delivery. No cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Will you issue a GST tax invoice?

No. This shop is not registered for GST and currently operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The parcel carries an order invoice, which is a different document.

Is the glass oven safe?

Where a listing says so, yes – for the glass body. Lids are plastic or bamboo and are not oven safe, and should be removed first. Check the individual product page, because the range mixes borosilicate, tempered glass and plastic.

Are the containers really airtight?

They are described as the maker describes them – airtight, leak-proof or snap-close. In practice a seal only performs when the gasket is seated and every clip is pressed home. We say on the listing which items are rated leak-proof for liquids and which are not.

Are these microwave and dishwasher safe?

Most are, and each listing states it. As a rule the body tolerates more than the lid: lids generally go on the top rack, and come off before microwaving.

Can I collect my order?

No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address on this site is our business and order fulfilment address.

What if a jar arrives broken?

Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and contents, and keep the packaging. See the Return and Refund Policy.

Can I return a set I have already used?

No. Containers that have held food or been washed cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned. Unused items in original packaging can be, within 10 days.

How long does a refund take?

5 business days after the return reaches us. A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days.
