Scope

These terms cover purchases from Tejaswini Kitchen through this website.

The business

An online retailer of food storage containers, pantry canisters and kitchen organisation, operating from 104, Gayatri Apartment, Panch Pakhdi, Thane, Maharashtra 400602, India. Online-only: there is no customer-facing showroom.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed by email once payment is received, or once a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. If an item proves unavailable afterwards we tell you and refund in full – see Cancellation Policy.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian rupees. Delivery charges, where they apply, appear before checkout is completed. Payment is by UPI or cash on delivery only.

On tax: this shop is not registered for GST, operating below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply to it. No GST is charged separately on an order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The invoice in the parcel is an order invoice only.

Descriptions and capacities

Capacities are quoted as supplied to us – in ounces, quarts, millilitres or cups depending on how the maker labels the item, and we print both units where we have them. Dimensions may vary by a small tolerance between pieces in a set. Screen colours differ between devices.

Safe use

Microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher suitability is stated per product and generally applies to the container body, not the lid. Follow the instructions supplied with the item. Glass should not be moved directly between extremes of temperature.

Warranty

We add no warranty of our own. Any warranty stated on a product page applies on its own terms. What we do about damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries is set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where the law permits, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

The laws of India govern these terms. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
